On May 21, 1998, the Attorney General's office sent me photocopies of O.C.G.A. § 16-12-20 and 16-12-21 relating to gambling and related offices. No other opinions or comments were made. Nothing in the statues that I was sent makes any reference to essay contests or games of skill.
